Working with Business development and Engineering team, your expertise will help in implementing, managing exceptional payment services to our merchants (e.g. gaming studios).

Обязанности

  • Customer Communication and Technical Support: Collaborate with merchants to help them understand and effectively use our products and APIs.
  • Integration Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Regularly monitor the integration status of merchants, quickly identify and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless integration.
  • Create alignment on the implementation of payment services, role clarity and optimal processes to ensure continuous functionality and improvement of our Payment Operations.
  • Identify opportunities for new integrations, enhance existing processes through novel approaches while always keeping the end-users in mind.
  • Facilitate knowledge building and knowledge sharing between teams and projects.

Требования

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or integration.
  • Bug reporting experience.
  • Knowledge in RESTful APIs, Postman.
  • Experience in the mobile application, gaming industry or payment technology.
