Working with Business development and Engineering team, your expertise will help in implementing, managing exceptional payment services to our merchants (e.g. gaming studios).

Customer Communication and Technical Support: Collaborate with merchants to help them understand and effectively use our products and APIs.
Integration Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Regularly monitor the integration status of merchants, quickly identify and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless integration.
Create alignment on the implementation of payment services, role clarity and optimal processes to ensure continuous functionality and improvement of our Payment Operations.
Identify opportunities for new integrations, enhance existing processes through novel approaches while always keeping the end-users in mind.
Facilitate knowledge building and knowledge sharing between teams and projects.
Требования
At least 2 years of experience in technical support or integration.
Bug reporting experience.
Knowledge in RESTful APIs, Postman.
Experience in the mobile application, gaming industry or payment technology.
