Management Accounting Analyst

We’re currently looking for a specialist who will own the monthly P&L and cash flow close in Pigment based on NetSuite data, support rolling forecasts and budgeting cycles, and work closely with department heads to build and improve financial planning drivers.

• Own monthly P&L and cash flow close in Pigment based on NetSuite data
• Prepare variance analysis vs budget and forecast with clear, standardized commentary
• Maintain and improve P&L structure, cost allocations and multi-currency logic
• Work with department heads to define and collect planning drivers directly in Pigment
• Ensure data consistency between NetSuite and Pigment
• Support rolling forecasts and budgeting cycles
• Prepare materials and explanations for CFO and management reviews
• Continuously improve reporting clarity, timelines and financial transparency.

• 3+ years in FP&A, financial analysis or management reporting
• Strong understanding of P&L structure and cash flow logic
• Hands-on experience with planning or EPM tools
• Confident Excel skills and strong analytical thinking
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Ability to explain financial results clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Fluent English
• SQL or data skills are a plus, not a must.
