Community Manager

We are a fast-growing international gaming technology company creating products for millions of users around the world and now we are looking for a Community Manager to strengthen our internal communications.

What You’ll Do

• Engage & Support Monitor Discord and all social channels, welcome newcomers, and reply to player questions in a timely, friendly manner.
• Create Content Craft platform‑native posts, announcements (if requested), and short‑form videos that spark conversation and hype.
• Moderate & Safeguard Work with volunteer mods to enforce guidelines, remove toxicity, and keep every space safe and inclusive.

• Own Support & Reviews Manage the Zendesk ticket queue and respond to store reviews (Steam, Google Play, App Store) promptly, coordinating escalations
• Take Part in Events Join AMAs, game nights, tournaments, and giveaways that deepen loyalty and grow the community.
• Optimise Growth Cooperate with head of community on fresh growth initiatives, and iterate on what resonates.

What You Bring

• 2+ years leading gaming communities (10k+ Discord members).
• Fluent Russian and professional‑level English copywriting.
• Deep knowledge of Discord and moderation best practices.
• Basic image/video editing.
• Empathy, patience, and a relentlessly player‑first mindset.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience with live‑service shooters, streaming, or short‑form video.
